Hayden Lake hasn’t changed much in the century since early homesteaders first discovered it. And we plan to keep it that way. While 200 lots could have fit within The Falls at Hayden Lake development, 46 were planned instead. This decision, in addition to creating extra space for its residents, allows for natural lands surrounding the property to remain protected, creating minimal impact on the surrounding ecosystem.
